氰乙酸乙氧基乙酯的酯交换合成

氰乙酸乙氧基乙酯是低白化、低气味α-氰基丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯瞬干胶的关键性原料。本文以氰乙酸乙酯、乙二醇单乙醚为原料进行酯交换合成氰乙酸乙氧基乙酯。对反应的物质的量比、催化剂及用量、反应时间等条件进行了考查,最佳工艺条件为:n/n为1/2;催化剂二丁基二月桂氰乙酸乙酯乙二醇单乙醚酸锡用量为氰乙酸乙酯的2.5%;反应时间10 h。在此条件下,反应产率85%,纯度97.3%。

Synthesis of ethoxyethyl cyanoacetate by transesterification

Ethoxyethyl cyanoacetate is a principal raw material for making the ethoxyethyl-α-cyanoacrylate instantaneous adhesive with low whitening and low oder and was synthesized using transesterification with 2-ethoxyethanol and ethyl cyanoacetate as the raw materials and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst.The effect of the reactant mole ratio,reaction time,and catalyst on the product yield was investigaled.The results indicated that the optimum conditions are mole ratio of 2-ethoxyethanol to ethyl cyanoacetate 2：1,mass ratio of catalyst to ethyl cyanoacetate reactant 2.5% and reaction time 10 h.The product yield can reach 85%and the purity is 97.3%.
