摘    要:设计和研究了一种简单结构的THz波段扩展互作用谐振腔,应用CST等计算软件对其结构进行了冷腔设计,分析了其结构中的工作模式,得到了色散关系,并对其进行了优化。然后用粒子模拟软件进行模拟仿真,结果显示,在工作电压为14kV,电流密度为100A/cm2的激励下,电子注与腔中的TM110模进行互作用,工作频率为109.848GHz,最终得到输出功率为210W,效率约为7.1%的太赫兹波。

Abstract:A simple type of millimeter-wave EIO(Extended Interaction Oscillator) has been designed and optimized to make it work in the THz wave band.The structure is designed and simulated by CST microwave studio software to choose the numeric value until met the request of high frequency,and then the high frequency system was numerically simulated with MAGIC software package.The analysis and computation show that when the designed EIO work with 14 kV voltages and 100 A/cm2 ampere density,eigen mode TM110 is stimulated with 109.848 GHz frequency of operation,the out put power is 210 W and energy conversion efficiency is about 7.1%.
