可UV固化的超支化聚酯改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成

摘    要:采用两步法合成了可UV固化的超支化聚酯改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HBUA),优化了合成条件,采用FT-IR对HBUA进行表征,并测试了其UV固化漆膜的综合性能。结果表明,合成HBUA的最佳反应条件是以质量分数0.5%的二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,将相同摩尔数的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯在35℃反应2.5 h,然后加入适量的超支化聚酯H20在70℃条件下反应3.0 h,UV固化HBUA漆膜与PUA漆膜相比具有更高的硬度和更好的耐磨性。

Abstract:The UV-curable modified hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate(HBUA) was synthesized via two-step procedure.The synthesis conditions were optimized.The product was characterized by FT-IR.The synthetic properties of UV-curing HBUA films were also investigated.It was found the optimal synthesis conditions of HBUA were that IPDI and HEMA which had the same mole number were reacted with 0.5%DBTDL as catalyst at 35℃for 2.5 h,and then reacted with H20 at 70℃for 3.0 h.The UV-curing HBUA films exhibited higher hardnes...
