摘    要:JCMFVD30T液压控制系统是引进日本梯西姆(TCM)公司新技术并在吸收消化现有技术的基础上进行改进的新技术,该系统通过微动阀及缓冲阀工作,达到车辆换挡的目的,通过溢流阀控制阀的工作实现车辆自动变速。通过计算换挡工作压力推算出各弹簧的压缩量,通过流量、压力推算节流面积,通过压力曲线计算压力损失,最后进行调压阀的计算和校核。

Abstract:The JCMFVD30T hydraulic control system is a kind of new technology which is based on the introduction from TCM Co.,Japan and the improvement of the existing technologies.Via the inching valve and the cuisine valve,the vehicular shifting is carried out.Meanwhile,the automatic transmission of vehicles is also achieved by working with an overflow valve and a control valve.The compressibility of each spring is extrapolated by calculating the shift pressure.Then the throttling area is calculated from the flow rate and the pressure,and the pressure loss is obtained according to the pressure curves.Finally,a calculation and check of the press control valve are carried out.
