阻燃型电子元件胶粘剂的难燃性能测试方法

摘    要:以国标“压敏胶粘带耐燃性试验方法-悬挂法”和国标“电工电子产品着火危险试验-针焰试验方法”为基础,提出了把带状胶粘剂样品看作是一个等同的电子电工零部件、元件,从而可以将GB5169.5-85电工电子产品着火危险-针焰试验方法用于评价阻燃型电子元件胶粘剂的难燃性能。实际结果证明,如果胶粘剂的难燃性能可以通过该标准的要求,则当它被用来粘接电子电工零部件、元件时,不会降低产品的整体难燃等级。结论:这是一种符合实际使用需要的,阻燃型电子元件胶粘剂的难燃性能测试和评价方法。

Abstract:The article raises an appraisal way and a test method of fire retardancy of rubber adhesive for electronic elements.And it is based on the international standard of the"Test method for flame resistance of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes-Suspension way",and the international standard of the"Fire hazard testing for electric and electronic products-Test method of needle-flame".Looking at a adhesive tape as a electronic element,in this way,we can use GB5169.5-85(Fire hazard testing for electric and electronic products-Test method of needle-flame) for appraising fire retardancy of rubber adhesive for electronic elements.If the fire retardancy of rubber adhesive passes this standard, the fire retardancy of electronic elements don't drop while they were stuck together by the adhesive.This test method is suitable for use.
