摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于NextMoveES运动控制卡,由CAN和RS-485总线作为传输路径的步进电机群控系统的硬件和软件设计。本系统充分利用了CAN和RS-485总线的优点,实现了步进电机的远距离群控系统。同时由于NextMoveES控制卡本身的DSP和FPGA芯片,提高了该系统的实时处理。该控制系统具有简单、可靠、性价比高的特点,有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:The paper introduced the hardware and the software designed of the step-motor' group control system based on NextMoveES Motion Control Card ,and CAN and RS-485 bus as the system'transmission line. The system made the best use of the merit of the CAN and RS-485 bus to realize the distance group control of step-motor. At the same time because of NextMoveES'chip-DSP and FPGA,the real-time manage is enhanced.The control system possesses the characteristics such as the structure is simple and the reliability is high and the cost performance is high ect.So it has important reference value.
