基于PLC的矿井提升机控制系统设计

摘    要:煤矿矿井提升机是煤矿的重要设备,其控制系统的技术性能和可靠性直接影响煤矿的安全生产。本文采用PLC技术对TKD-A电控系统进行改造,保持原操作方式、按钮、开关、主令控制器作用不变,使用户使用方便,不需要适应期,同时可以利用PLC的高速计数功能、信号显示功能等来增加一些新的控制功能,系统安全性也将大大提高,运行更加平稳、准确。改造后的系统能够满足矿山生产的苛刻要求,而且投资相对较少,性价比较高,具有很强的实用价值。

Abstract:Mine hoist is a important equipment in mining operation, The technical performance and reliability of the mine hoist control system directly relate to the mine production safety. The paper presents a innovative design, which integrates the PLC technology into the TKD-A system while keeps its original operation mode, buttons, switches and master controller, This will be convenient for user's operation and utilize PLC high speed counting function and signal indication function. The new design will greatly improve the system safety, The modified TKD-A system can run in a more stable and accurate condition and meet strict requirements of practical mine production. Extra investment of the new system is comparatively small. Therefore, it is a kinds of cost effective design, which deserve to be generalized.
