变速器壳体接合面密封性能有限元预测

摘    要:建立了以变速器总成为单位的接合面密封性能有限元预测模型,应用接触有限元方法进行计算,得到了主箱-后盖接合面和主箱-盖板接合面在装配、一挡和倒挡时的密封性能参数。按照接合面密封性能判断方法,通过分析表明:主箱与盖板之间的密封垫上各处均有压应力存在,且形成了具有一定压力的密封压力环,主箱-后盖接合面密封性能良好;主箱-盖板接合面未形成密封压力环带,但其间隙变化和错移量均在一定范围内,满足硅胶力学性能要求,主箱-盖板接合面密封性能良好。该研究为分析评价垫片和胶密封接合面的密封性能提供了借鉴方法。

Abstract:The FEA model of the transmission assembly was built, and the contact FEM was used to analyze the sealing performance of the mating surfaces under the assembling, the first gear and the reverse gear. The correlative sealing parameters were gained from the mating surfaces. The FEA results indicate that the pressure is on the gasket seal everywhere, and the seal pressure strips can be formed. So the seal- ing performance is ok between the ease and the back cover. The seal pressure strips are not formed on the mating surface between the ease and the shell cover, but the clearance and the slip are smaller so that the mechanics performances of the seal glue can be satisfied. So the sealing performance of the latter is also ok. The research offers the reference for estimating the sealing performance of the gasket seal or glue seal mating surfaces.
