CO2气体保护焊焊接型钢车轮的缺陷分析

摘    要:载重车型钢车轮在生产中大量采用CO2气体保护焊,在焊接过程中出现了气孔、咬边、偏焊等缺陷。结合型钢车轮在合成焊接生产中的焊接缺陷的统计数据,从焊接工序各方面分析了影响焊接缺陷产生的因素,并提出防止焊接缺陷的具体方法。

Abstract:CO2 gas shield welding is used in the production due to a great deal of profiled bar steel employed in the truck wheel, but it also produces varies kinds of welding defect such as blowhole, undercut, deviation, uncompleted weld etc. The defect influence factors in the weld production of truck wheel were analyzed from the defect statistical data of different working procedure, and the prevent measure of welding defect were proposed in this paper.
