摘    要:自行设计加工了深冷拉丝装置,讨论了深冷形变工艺对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢丝力学性能的影响。研究表明,在相同的拉丝条件下,与常温工艺相比,深冷工艺能大幅度提高钢丝的综合力学性能。抗拉强度进一步提高近400MPa,显微硬度进一步提高74HV4.9N,而抗扭次数及伸长率基本不变。

Abstract:The cryogenic wire drawing equipment was designed and made .Effect of cryogenic wire drawing on improving the mechanical property of 1Cr18Ni9Ti was investigated by using it.Compared to the normal wire drawing technology in room temperature,the cryogenic wire drawing technology showed remarkable effect:tensile strength was improved nearly 400 MPa,micro vickers hardness was enhanced 74 HV 4.9N ,in the meanwhile,toughness was almost changeless.
