R22与R290热物性对比分析及实验研究

摘    要:通过对比,认为R290与R22的各种热力学性质比较接近,从理论上分析了用R290替代R22的可行性,作对R22制冷系统进行了简单改造,用R290作替代做了兼容性实验测试。根据试验得出结论,在简单改造原系统后可以用R290替代R22,并且可以达到环保和节能的效果,COP系数可提高12%左右。

Abstract:Through comparing,it is found that R290 has the quite coincident thermodynamic properties with R22, and the feasibility of the replacement of R22 by R290 is analyzed in theory.In addition,the experiment of the compatibility of R290 as the replacement is completed after a simple transformation for the refrigeration system of R22.The experiment points to the conclusion that R22 could be replaced by R290 after a simple transformation for the old system,and the effects of energy saving and environmental protection conld be reached.The COP coefficient could be increased to about 12%.
