| Abstract: | In construction of the oblique-pulling bridge of Chengdu South Railway Station, engineers adopted lifting chain, elevating windlass, or soft-pulling device to install oblique cables, and the maximum pulling force of these devices reached 500kN. These measures solved the construction problem which is that large pulling forces is needed in installation of oblique-pulling cables. |
