硼在Fe-Cr-B合金晶粒中的非平衡偏聚

摘    要:运用电子显微分析手段,将经过循环热处理的Fe-Cr-B合金晶粒中的二次析出相与经过常规热处理晶粒中的二次析出相加以比较,直接揭示了在高含硼的Fe-Cr-B合金的基体中出现的硼的非平衡偏聚现象.研究发现,在晶粒中硼的非平衡偏聚的产生与加热温度、奥氏体相、奥氏体化后的冷却速度和循环热处理的次数有关.

Abstract:The non-equilibrium segregation of boron in matrix grains was indirectly revealed in high boron (1.4 wt%) containing Fe-Cr-B alloys through comparing the difference of secondary precipitate in matrix grains after thermal cycling treatment with those after normal heat treatment in experimental alloys using conventional microanalysis.It was found that the development of non-equilibrium segregation of boron in matrix grains is associated with the temperature,austenite,cooling rate and number of thermal cycles.
