Research and Application of Mechanical Probe System Employed on Five-meter Leadscrew Grinder

This thesis discusses how to arrange and design the mechanical probe system used for great leadscrew workpiece on five-meter-long leadscrow grinder. This measurement is proved to be very successful. It does not need any special five -meter dynamic measuring instruments. The light and portable deflection probe can be easily clamped and released by hand. It is very economic to take measurements of the ball leadscrow and the rectangle, angle leadscrow etc. using the probe of ruby cylinder or ball. This method puts forwards a new thinking having broad prospects for the leadscrew dynamic measurement.
