摘    要:用电感耦合等离子体 质谱 (ICP MS)的标准状态 (STD)和冷焰状态 (PS)测定电子级高纯异丙醇中的 18个痕量金属杂质 ,用铟作内标可补偿基体效应。方法检出限为 0 1× 10 -12 ~ 10 0× 10 -12 ,加标回收率为 80 %~ 12 0 % ,长时间相对标准偏差 (RSD)小于 7%。ICP MS测定结果与ICP光谱测定结果基本一致 ,但ICP MS提高了分析的准确性和工作效率

Abstract:Determination of eighteen trace metals in 2-propanol of high purity of electronic grade by ICP-MS with technology of standard state and plasma screen was described.Matrix effects were compensated by adding indium as the internal standard.Detection limit was 0.1 to 100 ng/L.The recovery of the method was 80 to 120%.Long term RSD was less than 7%.The results from ICP-MS were in agreement with those from ICP,but the accuracy and efficiency of analysis were improved.
