低浓度CO合成甲酸甲酯中试研究

摘    要:进行了低浓度CO合成甲酸甲酯的中试研究,探讨了温度、压力、流速、催化剂浓度等因素对反应的影响,在优化条件下考察了系统的稳定性。结果表明,低浓度CO(体积分数15%)合成甲酸甲酯CO的单程转化率达到50%以上,粗品中甲酸甲酯含量达到7%~9%,可以满足工业浓缩要求,且整个合成系统未发生母液堵塞的问题,与高浓度CO羰基合成甲酸甲酯相比,单位生产成本可降低30%,具有良好的技术先进性。

Pilot Test of Methyl Formate Synthesis by Methanol Carbonylation with Low Concentration of Carbon monoxide
Abstract:A pilot test of methyl formate (MF) synthesis by methanol carbonylation with low concentration of carbon monoxide was carried out The effects of temperature, pressure, flow rate and concentration of catalysts on the reaction were studied Under the optimal reaction conditions, the reactive stability was observed over hundreds of hours The results showed that the conversion of CO could reach more than 50% when the carbon monoxide of 15%(V) was used, and the product MF of 7% to 9% could be further concentrated Further more, the jam problem of liquor was not occurred in the process Compared with the carbonylation with high concentration of CO, this process has the advantage of cutting MF production cost of 30%
