摘 要: | 进行了低浓度CO合成甲酸甲酯的中试研究,探讨了温度、压力、流速、催化剂浓度等因素对反应的影响,在优化条件下考察了系统的稳定性。结果表明,低浓度CO(体积分数15%)合成甲酸甲酯CO的单程转化率达到50%以上,粗品中甲酸甲酯含量达到7%~9%,可以满足工业浓缩要求,且整个合成系统未发生母液堵塞的问题,与高浓度CO羰基合成甲酸甲酯相比,单位生产成本可降低30%,具有良好的技术先进性。

Abstract: | A pilot test of methyl formate (MF) synthesis by methanol carbonylation with low concentration of carbon monoxide was carried out The effects of temperature, pressure, flow rate and concentration of catalysts on the reaction were studied Under the optimal reaction conditions, the reactive stability was observed over hundreds of hours The results showed that the conversion of CO could reach more than 50% when the carbon monoxide of 15%(V) was used, and the product MF of 7% to 9% could be further concentrated Further more, the jam problem of liquor was not occurred in the process Compared with the carbonylation with high concentration of CO, this process has the advantage of cutting MF production cost of 30% |
