低碳电网建设研究现状及未来发展趋势

摘    要:在低碳经济背景下,电力行业作为能源消耗的重要领域具有巨大的碳减排潜力。而电网作为传输电能的主要载体,在电力行业实现低碳化发展过程中发挥着重要作用,低碳电网建设具有重要的现实意义和战略意义。在揭示我国电力行业碳减排潜力以及低碳电网建设的必要性的基础上,全面地分析了当前电网规划建设所面临的经济新常态与能源革命带来的新形势和新特点,以及在能源领域的发展方向。同时对能源互联网技术、微电网技术和电动汽车等低碳相关技术的研究与运用进行了展望,并阐述了当前低碳电网建设面临的能源结构不合理、电力相对过剩等亟待解决的问题,进一步分析了解决这些问题所面临的主要挑战,构建了从发现问题到解决问题再到发现问题的研究新思路。

Research Status and Development Trend of Low-Carbon Grid Construction

Abstract:Under the background of low carbon economy, as an important field of energy consumption, the power industry has huge carbon emission reduction potential. As the main carrier of power transmission, the power grid plays an important role in the development of low carbonization in the power industry and the construction of low carbon power grids is of substantially practical and strategic significance. On the basis of revealing the potential of carbon emission reduction and the necessity of the construction of low carbon power grids in China''s power industry, the new situation and new features brought by the current economic normality and energy revolution as well as the direction of development in the energy field are comprehensively analyzed. Furthermore, the research and application of low carbon related technologies, such as energy Internet technology, microgrid technology and electric vehicle, are prospected, and the problems to be solved, such as the irrational energy structure and the relative surplus of electric power, are discussed, and the main challenges to solving these problems are further analyzed and new research ideas from identifying to solving problems and further to finding new problems are constructed.
