一键顺控智能化拟票技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对一键顺控操作票编写和录入工作量繁复的问题,通过将全景数据拓扑分析、防误安全校核和人工智能技术的引入,设计了一种基于专家知识规则库的智能化拟票技术。该技术通过识别一键顺控操作任务所涉及一、二次设备的相关信息,经过自动推理与专家知识规则相结合,实现了一键顺控设备态的智能匹配和操作票的智能创建,并且完成了保护装置的自动投退和安措。通过工程应用表明,应用该技术的拟票系统可有效缩短顺控操作票拟票时间,减少人工配置出错几率,规范成票术语,减轻运行负担,提高工作效率,降低安全风险。

Research and Application of Intelligent Drafting Operation Order Technology with One-Key Sequential Control

Abstract:In view of the heavy and complicated workload of writing and inputting operation orders by one-key sequential control, an intelligent operation order drafting technology based on expert knowledge rule base is designed by using panoramic data topology analysis, error proof security check and artificial intelligence technology. The technology realizes the intelligent matching of the one-key sequential control device states and the intelligent creation of operation orders by identifying the relevant information of the primary and secondary equipment involved in the one-key sequential control task and through automatic reasoning combined with expert knowledge rules, and completes the automatic on/off and the safety measures of the protection device. The results of the engineering practice show that the proposed operation order drafting system can effectively shorten the preparation time of the sequential control operation orders, reduce the probability of the manual configuration error, standardize the ticket terms, reduce the operation burden, improve the work efficiency and reduce the safety risk.
