提高下向钻孔抽采效果的技术研究

摘    要:北一(6-2)轨道上山下部车场高抽巷下向钻孔成孔、护孔、排渣及抽采中排水困难导致下向钻孔抽采效果差。通过全程下套管提高成孔率,采用多步段封孔技术提高封孔严密性,在孔内加设高压气管,利用高压气体清除孔内积水及煤岩粉,切实提高了下向钻孔的抽采效果。

Abstract:The pore-forming,protection of drillings,slag discharge and drainage difficulties leads to poor extraction effect of downward drilling holes.The paper introduced the technologies that improving the pore-forming rate by the entire casing,improving the sealing tightness by multi-step sealing technology and clearing the water and coal powder from borehole using high pressure air.Practice shows that the technologies can improve the extraction effect of downward drilling holes.
