| Abstract: | This paper gives a full exposition of determining the number of base stations in 3G mobile communication WCDMA system cell planning. It firstly calculates the minimum number of base stations from the aspect of meeting traffic volume demands and than does that from the aspect of coverage and at last integrates the results of the above two. |
