| 摘 要： | 详细地介绍了半干法烟气脱硫技术,对半干法烟气脱硫工艺从原理和技术层面进行了综述、分析和性能比较.对循环流化床脱硫技术（Circulating Fluidized Bed,CFB）和新型一体化烟气脱硫工艺（New Integrated Desulfurization,NID）两种干法脱硫系统进行了详述,指出NID在技术性能和经济性能方面较其他半干法烟气脱硫工艺有一定优势.
