给水泵变频改造应用实例

摘    要:以汕头万丰热电厂给水泵变频改造为例,分析对给水泵进行交流变频改造的可行性;分别通过对单台给水泵及2台给水泵的变频改造情况分析了给水泵改造的经济性和节能效果,通过实际检验及测量改造后给水泵的节能效益,说明给水泵变频改造是电厂节能降耗的可行途径。

Abstract:With the frequency control transformation of feedwater pump in Shantou Wanfeng Cogeneration Power Plant for example, the feasibility of conducting AC frequency control transformation of feedwater pump is analyzed. The economic efficiency and energy-saving effect of the transformation are analyzed according to the frequency control transformation results of single feed pump and two pumps respectively. The post-transformation test and measurement of energy-saving effect show that the frequency control transformation of feedwater pump is a feasible way for energy conservation and loss reduction in power plant.
