摘    要:探讨了某型号自动扶梯运行中一些振源振动强度与设计参数的关系,并以此为依据给出了对链传动系统和梯路系统中现有设计参数进行优化调整的具体方法和措施。另外,本文还利用CRAS软件对该扶梯进行了结构动力修改,调整了其某两阶模态频率,从减小梯级振动角度进一步改善了自动扶梯结构的动态特性。

Optimizing Design of Escalator Based on Improving Riding Quality
Abstract:The author discusses the relationship of vibration strength of some vibration sources and design parameters dunng operation of some model escalator, and provides concrete methods and measures for optimizing and adjusting existing design parameters in chain transmission system and step stair system. In addition, this article makes structural dynamic modification on the escalator with CRAS software, adjusts the frequency of modality of some two steps, and further improves dynamic characteristics of the structure of escalator from perspective of reducing step vibration.
