大数据技术在食品安全监管中的应用及挑战

大数据具有数据规模大、处理速度快、数据种类多、数据价值高的特点,其在食品安全领域的创新应用,可以使食品安全监管更加智能化和公开化,促进市场监督管理的规范化,满足民众对于食品安全的迫切需求,促进食品企业提升产品质量意识,增强食品安全的公信力。本文系统概述了食品安全大数据的主要特征,综述了其在市场监管部门中应用及在食品安全溯源、食品安全风险预警中的应用。同时分析了目前食品安全大数据技术存在不共享、不融合、不安全等问题,这些问题制约了行业的整体发展。通过对问题的深入剖析,提出今后的食品安全大数据发展应突破地域限制,加强多部门跨地区跨领域协作等对策,让食品安全大数据技术更好地造福于人类。

Application and challenges of big data technology in food safety supervision

ABSTRACT: With the popularization of the Internet and the development of computer technology, we have entered an information age, information has been transformed into data, and food safety has also entered the era of big data. Using big data technology to collect, preprocess, store, analyze and apply food related data can quickly tap the value behind it. More over, big data can provide a new idea for food safety supervision. This paper summarizes the characteristics of food safety big data technology and its application in market supervision, risk early-warning and traceability. Big data in food safety still facing some problems such as the challenges of non-sharing, non-integration and insecurity.
