苯乙烯装置中乙苯脱氢过程能量回收利用的研究

摘    要:苯乙烯装置中乙苯脱氢过程有大量余热释放于大气,既是能量的浪费,又污染环境。本文以热力学定律为基础,分析了过程的能量利用状况,提出了合理利用能量的措施。优化计算结果表明,可获得很好的经济效益和环境效益。

RESEARCH ON THE ENERGY RECOVERING AND UTILIZATION OF THE DEHYDROGENATION PROCESS OF ETHYL BENZENE IN A STYRENE PLANT
Abstract:In a Styrene plant,there is a large amount of after heat discharged to the atmosphere in the dehydrogena- ticn process of ethyl benzene. This is not only a waste of energy but also an environmental pollution,On the basis of the thermodynamic laws, the utilizaton of energy has been analyzed in this paper and several important measures for recovering the after and wasted heat are presented. The results of optimized calculation show considerable eco- nomic and environmental benefits can be obtained.
