| 摘 要： | 在跟踪了当前生物信息学发展的基础上，对生物信息学中的计算机技术应用进行分析，提炼出不同的计算机技术在生物信息学科中的不同作用，以让更多的同行对这方面有所认识并在选题上有所借鉴。文中采用由点到面的方法，得出了高性能的计算机体系和网络技术是生物信息学赖以生存和发展的生命线；数据库技术是生物信息学大厦的支柱；可视化技术是生物信息学研究的重要手段；人工智能以及神经网络技术是生物信息学得以发展的保障等结论。

| Abstract: | Based on looking into the bioinformatics nowadays development,this paper analyzed the application of the computer technology and their different function in the new subject,so more craft brothers can have an idea in it,and can use for reference when they choose research field.The article adopts the way of induction,educe the conclusion as below: the high-performance computer architecture and the technology of network is the lifeline of the bioinformatics;the technology of the database is the underpinning of the edifice of bioinformatics; the technology of visualization is the important means in the study of bioinformatics;the artificial intelligence and the neural network technology ensure the development of the bioinformatics. |
