天生桥水电站水情自动测报系统的建设与应用

天生桥水电站水情自动测报系统控制流域面积50194km2，“系统”通信方式为国际移动卫星组织提供Inmarat-C卫星组网方式与VHF组网方式进行混合组网。将36个遥测站的水文数据通过卫星、VHF、微波、光纤等通信方式传送到中心站，同时还通过VSAT卫星通信将鲁布革水电站水情数据接入本系统。从而实现了电厂控制流域水文数据的采集及处理、数据库的管理及维护、洪水预报、洪水调度及发电调度、网络管理等功能，满足了天生桥一、二级水电站防洪度汛和优化调度的需要。为天生桥一、二级电站的最大效益提供了保证。

Construction and Application of the Automatic Water Measuring & Reporting System and in Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station

Covering a catchment area of 50 194km2, the automatic water monitoring and reporting system in Tianshengqiao hydropower station is communication with a combined network by Inmarsat C satellite provided by international organization for movable satellite, and the VHF network. The hydrological data obtained in the 36 remote observation stations are sent to the central station through satellite, VHF, microwave and fibre optical, etc., meantime the water data of Lubuge hydropower station is connected to this system by VSAT satellite. This system realizes the functions of the power station in data collection and processing within its covering area, management and maintenance of database, flood forecast, flood dispatching and dispatching for power generation, as well as network management, and meets the requirement of the power station in flood prevention dispatching and optimized dispatching, providing guarantee for maximum benefit of both the Phase I and Phase II of the power stations.
