羟基金属柱撑膨润土吸附磷的性能研究

摘    要:将膨润土改性,制得羟基铁柱撑膨润土(OH-Fe-PILC)、羟基铝柱撑膨润土(OH-Al-PILC)和羟基铁铝复合柱撑膨润土(OH-Fe-Al-PILC)。研究表明:柱撑膨润土的层间距比原土的明显变大,在实验条件下对磷的吸附能力为:OH-Fe-Al-PILC>OH-Fe-PILC>OH-Al-PILC;对10mg/L的含磷废液的去除率分别为97.8%、97.7%和93.4%;对50mg/L的含磷废液的去除率分别为92.0%、87.3%和65.5%。

Abstract:Three absorbents hydroxy-iron-pillared bentonite,hydroxy-alumina-pillared bentonite,hydroxy-iron-alumina-pillared bentonite were prepared via ion exchange reaction.The research result showed that the interlayers of absorbents became bigger.The abilities of phosphorus adsorption for three absorbents were as following: hydroxy-iron-alumina-pillared bentonite > hydroxy-iron-pillared bentonite > hydroxy-alumina-pillared bentonite.The maximum removals were 97.8%,97.7% and 93.4%for 10mg/L phosphate solution.When the solution concentration was 50mg/L,the maximum removals were 92.0%,87.3% and 65.5%.
