| 摘 要： | 对墙根与底板交界处的漏水、钢筋保护层厚度不够、支模钢筋、穿墙支模螺栓处理方法不当、混凝土中有杂物、沉降缝止水带偏位等造成渗漏的原因及防治对策进行了阐述，并介绍了几种堵漏的新方法，以获得良好的堵漏效果。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the causes of leakage from the leakage at the intersection between wall and base plate,inadequate thickness of reinforced protective layer,improper treatment of formwork steel bar and crossing-wall formwork bolt,impurity in concrete,deformation of water stop tie at settlement joint,discusses their preventive countermeasures,and introduces several new methods for leak stopping,in order to gain well leak stopping effect. |
