抽水蓄能电站的效益分析

摘    要:结合国家电力发展规划和抽水蓄能机组的运行特点,从节煤效益、投资分析和固定运行费用等方面探讨以火电为主的电力系统中发展抽水蓄能调峰电源的效益所在.通过纯煤电系统与抽水蓄能与煤电联合运行的比较,得出了抽水蓄能电站是电网须大力发展的绿色能源的结论;抽水蓄能电站是电网调峰电源的最优选择.

Abstract:Based on the national power development plan and the operation characteristics of pumped storage units, this paper analyzes the benefit of developing peak modulation power source in the system with large percentage of thermal power in the aspects of coal-saving benefits, investment analysis, and fixed operation costs, etc. Comparing the pure coal power system and the combination operation of pumped storage power and coal power system, this paper concludes that the pumped storage power plant is a green energy that should be greatly developed in power grid and is the optimum selection for the peaking power source in the power grid.
