基于LTCC的超薄型DC/DC变换器

摘    要:介绍了一种基于LTCC工艺的超薄DC/DC变换器的设计方法。首先针对DC/DC变换器的指标,设计了电路结构并计算了各元件的取值。然后通过理论计算和电磁仿真确定了LTCC内埋电感的结构。再利用LTCC生产线,制作了内埋有功率电感的LTCC基板。最后在LTCC基板表面装贴其他器件,构成了基于LTCC的超薄DC/DC变换器。研制的DC/DC变换器输入输出电压分别为5V和3.3V,最大输出电流400mA,最大纹波只有20mV,整个变换器尺寸为10mm×10mm×2mm,其2mm的超低高度只有传统DC/DC变换器的1/4。

Abstract:A design method for ultra-thin DC/DC convertor based on LTCC was introduced. Firstly, circuit structure was designed and parameters of each component in the convertor were calculated according to the device design requirements. After that, the layout of LTCC buried conductors was determined by theoretical calculation and EM simulation.The LTCC board and SMT components together forms the DC/DC convertor.
