摘    要: 文章通过金相﹑X射线衍射(XRD)﹑扫描电镜(SEM/EDS) 及透射电镜(TEM)和力学性能分析方法研究不同热处理工艺对含多元合金元素铜合金硬度和冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:热处理能改变该合金的硬度,而对其冲击韧性影响不大,该合金经500 ℃保温2 h空冷后可获得较高硬度。

Abstract:The effect of heat treatment on hardness and impact toughness of polynary Copper alloy has been studied by means of metallographic, XRD, SEM/EDS, TEM and mechanical property test. The results show that the heat treatment can change the hardness of polynary Copper alloy, and has the weak influence to its impact toughness. Higher hardness of polynary Copper alloy could be obtained by tempering at 500 ℃ for 2 h.
