摘    要:运用人工神经网络技术和遗传算法模拟,分析了冷轧带肋钢筋的力学性能与工艺参数之间的非线性非显式多目标多变量的函数映射关系,创新地提出了多目标函数优化问题的单目标化思想和多目标函数中各分目标的均优理念,从而有效地实现了复杂工程技术问题的优化设计,得出冷轧带肋钢筋的合理生产工艺参数。

Abstract:To optimize the technique parameters of the production of cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars effectively, we use the artificial neural network and genetic algorithm to simulate and analyze the reflect relationship of non -- linear, multi input and multi target between the properties and the parameters. , We have formed the thoughts from which we can transform multi functions to sole function so as to optimize the technique parameters for all the functions. At the same time, we make all the targets getting best level as possible as we can. From it, we have got the very satisfied optimized results about the complex engineering projects. And we have gained the rational technique parameters of the production of the cold rolled ribbed steel wires and bars.
