复合磁介质吸波材料

摘    要:将两种铁砂基复合吸收剂,按一定的比例掺在水泥中,在8-12GHz频段测试其吸波特性。发现吸收剂在水泥中添加量存在最佳值,达最佳浓度时,掺铁砂和铁氧体的吸波建筑材料最大吸收量分别由18db和22.5dB提高到27Db和25.3dB,15db带宽增宽一倍多,不同磁介质最佳浓度不同,铁砂磁介质含量小于铁氧体。磁介质浓度越低,匹配厚度越厚。

Abstract:Two kinds of iron-sand-based composite EM wave absorbing agent were mixed with cement with a varing proportions, and their absorption properties were studied in the frequency range of 8 to 12GHz. An optimal concentration of absorbing agent was found that results in a maximum absorption of 27dB and 25.3dB and a doubled 15dB bandwidth for the two construction absorption materials. Different optimal concentrations were found for different absorbing agents. The optimal concentration of iron-sand is less than that of iron-sand-based ferrite. It was also found that the lower the concentration of magnetic media, the thicker the matching thickness.
