颜料窄粒径分布对涂层性能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了颜料的不同粒径分布,特别是窄粒径分布对涂布纸涂层性能的影响.结果表明窄粒径分布能增加涂层性能,颜料粒子的窄粒径堆砌结构形成的湿涂布层的微粒堆积密度较小,形成更开放式的滤饼层,导致快速脱水,具有较高的湿孔隙率,较低的不动点固含量,较高的光散射系数,粒子的均一性也赋予涂层具有较好的平滑度和光泽度.
