提高中锰低硅钢锭模质量研究

摘    要:通过800℃加热,2 h保温、空冷,模拟钢锭模的浇钢使用过程,测定了两种材质钢锭模加热和冷热循环10次~40次的冷热疲劳金相组织,以及铁素体含量和脱碳层厚度的变化。从而确定了中锰低硅钢锭模的最佳成分、Mn/S i比值以及相应的金相组织。

Abstract:Through the pouring process of the mock-up ingot mold under the condition of 800℃ heating,2 hours holding and air cooling,the cold and heat fatigue microstructure of two kinds of materials ingot mold with 10 to 40 times heating and cold heating circulation has been measured as well as the variation of the ferrite contents and the thickness of decarburized layer,so that the optimized composition of the medium Mn and low Si ingot mold,the ratio of Mn/Si and the related microstructures have determined as well.
