摘    要:研究了废Fe屑/活性碳微电解法在曝气滤池中预处理石油化工炼油废水,考察了pH、V(废Fe屑)∶V(活性碳)、曝气方式、停留时间、气水体积流量比对废水中COD与氨氮的去除效果。实验结果表明,采用隔离曝气法处理效果优于直接曝气法,适宜的操作条件为:废水pH=4、V(废Fe屑)∶V(活性碳)=10∶1、停留时间2.5 h、气水体积流量比12∶1,在适宜条件下,废水的COD与氨氮的去除率分别达到67%与58%,在系统中加入H2O2,可显著强化废水的COD降解和可生化性,COD的去除率由原来的67%提高到82%,BOD/COD由原来的0.12提高到0.25。

Abstract:The pretreatment of oil refining wastewater from a petroleum chemical plant was experimentally investigated by waste ferric/active carbon micro-electrolysis in the aerated filter.The effect of pH value,ratio of ferric and carbon(volume ratio),aeration means,hydrolytic resident time(HRT),ratio of gas and liquid flow rate on removal of COD and NH3-N in wastewater was observed.The experimnetal results indicated that the isolated aeration operation is superior to the direct aeration.It was found that the optimal operation conditions obtained by experiments are pH 4,the ratio of waste ferric/active carbon(volume ratio)10,HRT 2.5 h,the ratio of gas to liquid flow rate 12∶1,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,67% COD and 58% NH3-N in wastewater were removed.In addition,when H2O2 was added to the fliter,biological degradation was remarkably enchanced,removal of COD increased from 67% to 82% and BOD/COD increased from 0.12 to 0.25.
