While high-speed spindle being introduced to the market and getting tried and proven, ring and traveler have become the main factors that limit the spinning speed of ring spinning machine. In addition, as easy-worn parts, the quality and service life of ring and traveler have direct effect on yarn quality and economic benefit of spinning mill. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study on high-speed wear-resistant ring and traveler. The article makes a theoretical analysis on the dynamic states of ring and traveler and puts forward some measures for improving the performance of ring and traveler.
