高镁石灰石晶体特征对熟料中方镁石形成及压蒸膨胀的影响

摘    要:使用6种不同晶体特征的高镁石灰石煅烧高镁熟料(MgO含量6%),通过岩相分析、热重分析、压蒸测试等主要检测方法对石灰石和熟料中的矿物分布及尺寸进行了检测和观察。发现不同晶体特征高镁石灰石粗料配料熟料中形成f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢,石灰石中白云石晶体尺寸大、分布密集、物理缺陷小、间隙杂质少,f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢大且紧凑,熟料压蒸膨胀率大。熟料压蒸膨胀率和f-CaO与方镁石共生矿巢截面面积正相关。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of fineness and content of steel slag on cement physical properties, two different treatment processes steel slag (hot stuffy and natural cooling) were grinding into powder and mixed with cement. The results showed that the more steel slag added, the more the decrease amplitude of cement strength happened, and also the more times of unsoundness problem could be occurred. The cement strength not always increase with the steel slag specific surface area increasing, and it may be decrease sometimes.
