粉煤灰对市政污泥脱水效果的研究

摘    要:从比阻和含水率两方面探讨了A型粉煤灰和B型粉煤灰对市政污泥脱水效果的影响.结果表明,B型粉煤灰对污泥的脱水效果优于A型粉煤灰,B型粗粉煤灰和细粉煤灰的投加量分别在30g/100mL污泥和50g/100mL污泥时,污泥的脱水效果最好.粉煤灰的掺入能够很好地分散污泥颗粒,增加滤饼的孔隙率,使水分更容易从滤饼中脱离出来.

Abstract:The effect of two types of fly ash (expressed as type A and type B) on dehydration effect of municipal sludge was discussed from aspects of specific resistance to filtration and water content. The results indicated that the dehydration effect was better when using type B fly ash. The optimal dosage for coarse powdered and fine powdered fly ash of type B was 30g/ 100mL sludge and 50g/100mL sludge respectively. The addition of fly ash could effectively disperse the sludge particles, so as to increase the porosity of the filter cake and make it easy for the filter cake to dehydrate.
