摘    要:新型酯类功能大单体Polyglykol MA1000具有反应活性及纯度高、批次稳定性佳等优点.从聚羧酸减水剂的结构以及终端应用着手,主要研究MA1000对聚羧酸减水剂合成的影响.合成减水型聚羧酸母液时,MA1000通过协同增效的作用显著降低醚类大单体的残留量,提高聚合度,并且对减水率的提升有比较明显的促进作用.合成保坍...

Abstract:Clariant's Polyglykol MA1000 is one of a novel type of ester-macromonomer,offering certain advantages,e.g.,high reactivity,high purity and stable quality.In this study,the effect of MA1000 in the synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was discovered through the determination of structure and terminal application test.When a water reducer was synthesized,involving MA1000 significantly decreased the amount of ether-macromonomer residues and increased the degree of polymerization through the synergy effect and therefore contributed to improving the water reducing rate.When a slump retention agent was prepared,MA1000 showed high reactivity and therefore raised the molecular weight and improved the slump retention property and workability in concrete test.Moreover,adding MA1000 did not show any obvious influence on the air content and compressive strength of concrete.
