纳米SiO_(2)气凝胶/水泥复合隔热板的制备与性能研究

摘    要:以白色硅酸盐水泥作为主要胶凝材料,采用注浆成型、常温常压干燥工艺制备新型无机纳米SiO_(2)气凝胶/水泥复合隔热板(ACP)。并通过FT-IR、氮气吸附等方法系统研究了SiO_(2)气凝胶掺量对ACP微观结构和热物性参数的影响。结果表明:气凝胶掺量与导热系数、密度呈线性负相关,而与平均孔径和比表面积总体呈正相关。此外,其吸附/脱附等温线的迟滞回线属于H3型,并且当气凝胶掺量为15%时,ACP的导热系数和密度较对照样品分别降低了47.2%和32.2%。

Abstract:Using white Portland cement as the main gelled agent,a novel inorganic nano-SiO2aerogel/cement composites thermal insulation panel(ACP)was prepared by slip casting and drying at ambient pressure and room temperature.The effects of SiO2 aerogels with different mass fractions on the microstructure and thermal properties of cement-based composites were systematically studied by FT-IR,nitrogen adsorption,etc.The results showed that the addition amount of aerogel was negatively linear correlated with thermal conductivity and density,while the average pore size and specific surface area were overall positively correlated.The hysteresis loop of adsorption and desorption isotherms belonged to H3 type.In addition,when the amount of aerogel was 15%,the thermal conductivity and density of ACP decreased by 47.2%and 32.2%,respectively,compared with the control sample.
