中国甘蔗植物新品种保护现状与分析

通过统计中国甘蔗植物新品种权申请和授权情况,分析中国甘蔗植物新品种权保护存在创造数量与质量不高、保护意识和保护力度不强等问题。提出从加大甘蔗种业科技创新力度、品种权宣传培训力度以及品种权激励保护力度等3个方面加强中国甘蔗植物新品种权保护,促进中国甘蔗产业可持续发展。

Current Situation and Analysis of New Plant Variety Protection of Sugarcane in China

Based on the statistics of the application and authorization of new sugarcane variety rights in China,this paper analyzes the problems of the protection of new sugarcane variety rights in China,such as the low quantity and quality,the low consciousness of protection and the low degree of protection.In order to promote the sustainable development of sugarcane industry in China,it is suggested that the protection of new sugarcane varieties should be strengthened from the following three aspects:Strengthening the science and technology innovation of sugarcane seed industry,publicizing and training the variety rights,and stimulating and protecting the variety rights.
