摘    要:为了提高AZ91D镁合金的抗腐蚀性能,在其表面电镀Al-Zn复合镀层.研究了镀层的物相组成、微观形貌、结合力及抗腐蚀性能.结果表明,镀铝为中间层能得到较好的组织和性能,镀层表面为纯锌,镀Zn层分布致密均匀,镀锌层约6μm,中间铝层约4μm且组织疏松;电流密度3.5 A/dm2、电镀时间1 min时镀层具有较好的结合力与...

Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy,an Al-Zn composite coating is electroplated on its surface.The phase composition,micro-morphology,bonding force and corrosion resistance of the coating is studied.The results show that the aluminum plating as the intermediate layer can obtain better structure and performance.The surface of the coating is determined to be pure zinc,and the zinc coating is dense and uniform.The galvanized layer is about 6μm,and the loose middle aluminum layer is about 4μm.The bonding force and corrosion resistance of the galvanized layer are tested and the process parameters are finally.The coating has good performance when the current density is 3.5 A/dm2 and plating time is 1 min.The self-corrosion potential of the sample after plating is-1.265 V,and it has good application value.
