全程动态定义优良甘蔗品种实现糖厂最大效益

对于优良甘蔗品种的定义,从糖厂的角度出发,一直以来都没有定论。本研究通过分析糖料甘蔗存在的主要问题,结合生产实践经验,对甘蔗优良品种下一个准确的定义。即甘蔗优良品种应是能够提高特定糖厂产糖率、糖厂及蔗农效益,具有比较优势的甘蔗品种。其品种可以是种性中等,甚至一般,但是通过品种合理布局,优化砍运榨能显著提高特定糖厂和蔗农收益。本研究进一步分析了瑞丽糖厂甘蔗种植区多个甘蔗品种工艺性状成熟期(蔗糖积累时期),发现理想工艺成熟期在品种间差异很大,包括蔗糖分成熟时间和成熟期跨度。因此,本研究通过分析甘蔗品种工艺成熟期,对甘蔗品种合理布局,实现糖厂最大效益具有重要的指导意义。

Dynamically Define the Superior Sugarcane Varieties Depending on the Maximum Benefit of the Sugar Mill

The definition of superior sugarcane is debating for long time.In this study,we summarized the main problems concerning sugarcane and the production practice experience in order to define the superior sugarcane.The superior sugarcane was defined as the variety,which could increase the sugarcane yield,improve benefit of sugar mill and sugarcane farmers,and show more advantages than other varieties.The superior might ordinary.But it might increase the income of sugar mill and sugarcane farmers by reasonable distribution of various varieties and optimal sugarcane cutting,transportation and pressing.We further analyzed the mature stage of technological traits(sugar accumulation)with several varieties in sugar mill of Ruili.The results showed that the mature time and time span of sucrose accumulation were different among varieties.Therefore,it was important to reasonable distribute sugarcane varieties by analyzing mature stage of technological traits in order to optimal benefit of sugar mill.
