| 摘 要： | 针对DICOM3.0标准,系统地分析了DICOM文件格式,阐述了数据元和数据集1]的格式,并详细介绍在Windows平台下显示DICOM图像的原理,并用3种工具包实现DICOM图像的显示：（1）利用VC＋＋和DCMTK实现医学图像显示和调窗功能;（2）利用VTK功能强大的可视化和图形图像处理类库,实现DICOM图像的处理及图像显示功能;（3）MATLAB环境下实现DICOM医学图像格式的阅读、显示及存储方法.
