江苏油田钻井污水处理室内实验

摘    要:对江苏油田15口井不同类型的钻井污水研制了处理实验流程和二次混凝法(其中,一级处理采用化学脱稳和强化离心分离,以除去部分污染物及固体颗粒;二级处理将离心分离脱出液进行混凝处理,使之达到排放标准),并进行了室内处理试验。结果表明,采用二次混凝处理后的污水主要污染物符合GB8978-88-类及二类污染物排放标准。石油类去除率为96%~100%,CODcr去除率为92%~99%,悬浮物去除率为96%~100%,脱色率为92%~99.7%;净化后水占原体积54%~99%;污水用处理剂费用为0.12~10.20元/m3,一般为0.50~3元/m3

Abstract:Different drilling sewages from the Jiangsu oilfield are treated in laboratory. A method of secondary coagulating sedimentationis proposed and used in treating the driilling sewages. Results of treatment show the method is advantageous in obtaining satisfied index such as deoiling ratio, rates of CODcr, content of suspended matter and colority, reduced by 96 - 100%, 92 - 99%, 96 - 100% and 92 - 99. 7 %, respectively,which resulted in increasing the effectiveness of treatment and in decreasing the cost for treatment (within 0.50-3.0 yuan/m3 ). The drilling sewages discharged meet the cooresponding requirement of GB8978 - 88.
