| Abstract: | In the process of producer gas production, high pipe riser was transformed into heat pipe waste heat boiler, and the transformation technical process and the plan were determined. The effects of temperature, resistance decrease and accumulating ash on the system were analyzed, and corresponding measures were constituted. Manifested heat was recycled, and the benefit 1.2 million Yuan can be obtained every year. |
