| 摘 要： | 企业竞争的日益加剧,以及市场需求的急剧变化,使得供应链中企业对于整个供应链的信息共享的要求愈加迫切。从零售企业信息系统的角度出发,以Petri网为建模工具,根据零售企业的运营特点,设计相应的功能模块,最终形成基于Petri网的零售企业与其供应商信息共享平台模型并对其可行性进行分析,希望能够给零售企业构建信息共享平台的建设提供一些参考,特别是大型超市之类的零售商。
