微管临界热流密度研究进展

摘    要:微管流动沸腾技术推进了微管临界热流密度(CHF)机理及其关联特性研究.为增强超大功率热能转化设备的开发应用,本文概述了微管临界热流密度的关键参量配置,对比了不同质流速微管流体临界热流密度的触发机制,引述了微管过冷流与饱和流临界热流密度关联模型,比较了微管临界热流密度的各关键量配置和表面状态特性的增强效果.

Abstract:Flow boiling technology in micro tubes has promoted the research on mechanism of critical heat flux (CHF) and its correlation properties. To improve the development and application of thermal energy conversion equipment with super-high power, we summarize the configurations of key parameters, contrast the trigger mechanisms under different mass flow rates, and review the correlation models on subcooled flow and saturated flow. The CHF enhancement effect on key parameters setting and surface status characteristics are also constrated.
